The World Trichology Society offers members the opportunity to collaborate on educational and professional events designed to advance the field of trichology and strengthen public understanding of hair and scalp health.

Through WTS Event Collaboration, members can request support for workshops, seminars, conferences, community outreach events, and other educational activities.

 Collaborative Opportunities

 

Members may request WTS involvement in a variety of formats, including: 

  • Guest Lectures or Presentations 

    WTS representatives may deliver keynote talks, educational sessions, or scientific presentations tailored to the event’s audience and objectives.

  • Workshops and Hands-On Training 

    Members may partner with WTS to deliver structured training workshops that align with WTS educational standards.

  • Co-Branded Events 

    With approval, events may feature WTS co-branding, offering added credibility and visibility. Co-branding must follow all WTS branding guidelines.

  • Panel Participation or Expert Interviews 

    WTS experts may participate in moderated discussions, roundtables, or media interviews to enhance the event’s impact. 

Approval Process

 

All collaborations require prior review and approval to ensure alignment with WTS professional, educational, and ethical standards. Members must submit an event proposal outlining:

  • Event purpose and target audience

  • Proposed date, location, and format

  • Expected attendance

  • Requested WTS participation (e.g., speaking, training, co-branding)

  • Any promotional materials or proposed branding usage

Approval is granted at the sole discretion of the WTS and its Education Committee..

Fees and Arrangements

 

Participation or co-branding by the WTS is provided at a prearranged fee, determined based on the nature, scope, and location of the event. Fees may include:

  • Speaker honorariums

  • Travel and accommodation, if applicable

  • Administrative or educational material costs

  • Co-branding or licensing fees

A formal agreement will be issued outlining the terms of participation.
